As a University Mentor, you’ll work one-on-one with ambitious students applying to top U.S. universities. You’ll help them uncover what drives them, refine their goals, and present authentic stories that reflect who they truly are.
This is a role for someone who cares about more than admissions outcomes — someone who wants to guide students toward clarity, growth, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Mentor students ages 15–18 through the full U.S. university admissions process.
- Help them explore interests, build projects, and communicate their stories with depth and direction.
- Review essays, prepare students for interviews, and oversee key application milestones.
- Collaborate with psychologists, strategists, and fellow mentors to continuously improve our approach.
- Track each student’s progress and celebrate both personal and academic growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate or current student of a top U.S. university (Ivy League or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and writing skills; structured, empathetic thinker.
- Passion for education, psychology, and youth development.
- Experience mentoring, tutoring, or teaching is a plus — but mindset and integrity matter most.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing students across different time zones.
