After the first interview, selected candidates receive a short take-home task. It’s your chance to show how you think, organize ideas, and communicate solutions
You’ll walk us through your case, reflect on your approach, and discuss how you’d apply your skills in real U4U scenarios. This stage focuses on clarity, creativity, and collaboration.
Successful candidates receive an offer to join U4U Lab — along with a clear onboarding plan. We aim to make every step transparent and respectful of your time.
