Project S — Swiss School Admissions

Admissions to Switzerland’s
Top Boarding Schools

As official partners of Switzerland’s leading boarding schools, U4U Lab ensures a smooth, organized, and stress-free journey — so families can focus on their child’s future.

The Challenge Parents Recognize

Switzerland’s boarding schools are among the most prestigious in the world — but their admissions processes are complex and varied. Each school follows its own system, deadlines, and expectations, often requiring essays, interviews, exams, and visits across languages and time zones. Managing it all while finding the right fit is demanding and time-sensitive.

We handle communication with schools directly, coordinate essays, interviews, and exams, and prepare students for every step. The Admissions Process

To ensure quality, we admit only a small number of students per semester.

Every step of our admissions process is designed to understand your child as a whole — their story, motivation, and readiness to grow. This helps us ensure that mentorship at U4U Lab is not only effective, but deeply personal.

Application Form

The first step is simple yet thoughtful.
Students share their background, goals, and interests — giving us an authentic picture of who they are and what excites them. We encourage honesty over perfection; the goal is to start a conversation, not a competition.

Application Review

Our admissions team carefully reviews each application to determine the best path for growth.
Some students are still building their profile and exploring passions (Project U), while others are already applying to top schools and universities (Project Accept and Project Swiss). This step ensures every student receives mentorship aligned with their goals and stage of development.

Interview

We invite selected students to a personal, conversational interview with a mentor.
It’s not an evaluation — it’s an exploration. Together, we discuss ambitions, challenges, and whether U4U feels like the right environment for authentic growth.

Decision

Within two weeks, we share a personalized decision and feedback.
Even students who aren’t admitted receive guidance to help them move forward with clarity and direction — because at U4U, mentorship begins with understanding.
